Job Description : Senior React JS Developer

Experience : 3-5 years.

LocationPune (WFO).

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our CRM application using React JS.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience.

- Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code.

- Develop reusable components and libraries to enhance the efficiency of the development process.

- Optimize the application for maximum performance and scalability.

- Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring high-quality code and application stability.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in React JS development.

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers as needed.

- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain code quality.

- Continuously improve and optimize the CRM application for better user engagement.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in React JS development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Proven experience in building complex, data-driven web applications.

- Knowledge of state management libraries.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications.

- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with version control systems Git Hub.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
