About the Role :

We are hiring a highly skilled Telecom Application Developer with strong expertise in C programming, multithreading, data structures, and client-server application development.

This position is for one of our esteemed clients in the telecom domain, and we are looking for engineers who can work on high-performance mobile application components, system-level modules, and telecom protocol-driven features.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in telecom domain development, strong debugging capabilities, and the ability to analyze and resolve memory leaks, crashes, and performance bottlenecks. This role is suited for engineers who enjoy working close to the system layer and contributing to robust, scalable, and reliable telecom applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance C-based mobile application modules within the telecom domain.

- Implement and optimize multithreaded components, ensuring efficient thread management and synchronization.

- Work on client-server communication flows, including request handling, response processing, and session management.

- Perform in-depth crash analysis, root-cause identification, and corrective action implementation.

- Conduct memory leak detection, profiling, and optimization using industry-standard tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, system engineers, and telecom protocol specialists.

- Participate in design discussions, architecture reviews, and performance tuning initiatives.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, static analysis, and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex issues in production and pre-production environments.

- Contribute to documentation, design specifications, and technical reports.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 46 years of hands-on experience in C programming for mobile or system-level applications.

- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, synchronization primitives, and thread lifecycle management.

- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and memory management.

- Proven experience in telecom domain application development, preferably on mobile platforms.

- Expertise in crash debugging, log analysis, and performance profiling.

- Experience with client-server architecture, socket programming, and inter-process communication.

- Familiarity with tools for memory leak detection, crash dumps, and performance analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex technical challenges.

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with telecom protocols, SIP/IMS, VoIP, or mobile network stacks.

- Exposure to Linux/Android internals or system-level debugging.

- Knowledge of scripting languages for automation (Python, Shell, etc.).

- Prior experience in product-based telecom or embedded companies.
