Role Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled React + NodeJS Developers (SDE-2 level) who can independently deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate is someone who is adaptable, understands modern engineering best practices, and can work efficiently with AI-assisted development workflows, including reviewing and refining AI-generated code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build responsive, modular, and high-performing front-end applications using React.js (hooks, state management, component design).

- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.

- Review, optimize, and refactor AI-generated code to ensure production-grade quality.

- Implement standard development practices, design patterns, and clean coding principles.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features smoothly and efficiently.

- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance across components and services.

Key Requirements :

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including hooks and state management.

- Practical experience in Node.js for building backend APIs.

- Solid understanding of design patterns and software development best practices.

- Ability to work with AI-assisted coding tools and refine AI-generated components/modules.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Exposure to microservices architecture.
