Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and actively participate in at least two full lifecycle, end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA (Cloud or On-Premise), including significant experience with data migration activities.

- Drive and facilitate workshops with customers to thoroughly demonstrate and explain SAP FICO module functionality, S/4HANA best practices, and standard processes required for fit-gap analysis or detailed blueprinting.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to deeply understand their financial processes, pain points, and evolving business requirements.

- Translate complex business needs into robust and scalable SAP FICO solutions within the S/4HANA framework.

- Formulate and create detailed functional specification documentation (FSDs) in close collaboration with Solution Architects and technical teams, ensuring comprehensive requirements capture for development.

- Demonstrate extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing core SAP FICO modules, including: Financial Accounting (FI): General Ledger Accounting (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), New GL functionality.

- Controlling (CO) : Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).

- Possess strong experience in integrating FI with other SAP modules, particularly Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD).

- Experience with Cash and Banking modules is essential.

- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple support projects concurrently, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Demonstrated capability to guide, mentor, and oversee a few team members, fostering their growth and ensuring project success.

- Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for financial reporting and planning.

- Exposure to SAP Group Reporting for consolidated financial statements.

- Experience with industry-specific solutions tailored for various sectors.

- Knowledge of SAP Treasury module functionalities.

- Practical experience with localization requirements, including VAT/GST reporting and e-invoicing solutions in different geographies.

- Some exposure to ABAP (e.g., debugging, understanding custom code, working with ABAP teams) is highly desirable.

- Prior experience working on international projects with diverse teams and understanding global business processes would be a significant advantage.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5-8 years of progressive experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.

- Mandatory : At least two full lifecycle, end-to-end implementation projects of SAP S/4HANA (Cloud or On Premise), including data migration work.

- Preferred : SAP S/4HANA certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates).

- Deep expertise in the configuration and functionality of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, New GL) and SAP CO (CCA, IO, PCA, CO-PC, CO-PA).

- Proven experience with FI-MM and FI-SD integration.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and business processes.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with business users, technical teams, and senior management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead small teams
