What you'll do :

- Manage and maintain AIX servers and operating systems

- Monitor system performance and optimize uptime

- Handle system backups, recovery, and patch management

- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement secure configurations

- Collaborate across IT to integrate AIX with network resources

What we're looking for :

- 5+ years of AIX admin experience

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- AIX certification is a big plus
