Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development and delivery of our next-generation CRM products for telecom operators. This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, people leadership, and product delivery acumen. Youll work closely with architects, product managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and innovative customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of CRM product modules from planning and architecture to development and deployment.

- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of senior engineers, tech leads, and QA professionals.

- Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to define the technical roadmap and architecture.

- Drive engineering excellence through best practices in design, code quality, testing, and performance optimization.

- Implement agile delivery practices, ensure sprint velocity, and remove impediments.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure on-time,high-quality delivery of product releases.

- Champion DevOps, automation, CI/CD, and observability practices across the team.

- Develop technical talent, nurture a strong engineering culture, and lead performance reviews.

- Ensure CRM systems are built with scalability, resilience, and telco-grade security.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 15+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years managing engineering teams.

- Deep experience building enterprise-grade, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs.

- Proven experience delivering CRM, customer experience, or order management platforms in the telecom industry.

- Strong understanding of telecom BSS/OSS architectures, TM Forum frameworks, and CRM business processes.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.

- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working with global telecom clients across regions (MEA, LATAM, APAC).

- Exposure to customer 360, digital onboarding, ticketing systems, and workflow engines.

- Familiarity with AI/ML and analytics capabilities within CRM products.

- Certifications in cloud architecture or project management (e.g., AWS, PMP, SAFe) are a plus.
