We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with a solid background in software testing and at least 4 years of hands-on automation experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in test automation frameworks, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, positive attitude.

Leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts and frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.

- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality releases.

- Execute automated and manual tests to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.

- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

- Perform root cause analysis on failed tests and report defects with detailed logs and evidence.

- Continuously enhance automation coverage and improve test efficiency.

- Contribute to test strategy, planning, and estimation activities.

- Mentor junior team members and share best practices for automation and testing processes.

Must Have Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with any of the popular automation tools such as:

- Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, Postman, RestAssured, Robot Framework, or Katalon Studio.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and defect management processes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and Test Management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Azure Test Plans).

- Good exposure to API testing and automation.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

Qualification Required :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
