Techvantage Analytics - Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Java/Selenium

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in test automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.

- Implement robust automation frameworks following best practices such as Page Object Model (POM) and TestNG.

- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other DevOps tools.

- Collaborate closely with developers, QA analysts, and product owners in an Agile environment.

- Execute automated regression, smoke, and functional tests across web applications.

- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report bugs using appropriate tracking tools.

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Java.

- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver for UI test automation.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven.

- Good understanding of test automation strategies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
