Experience & Skills :

- Bachelors / Masters degree in computer science / Information Technology or Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Applications

- Minimum 5 years of experience on mandatory skills (as stated below)

- Sound hands-on experience in software development using Java

- Strong technical background of coding with an ability and capability of hand code / code from scratch

- Along with strong coding experience, must be able to understanding the business requirements and prepare specification, design documents

- Experience with CI/CD

- Must have enthusiasm for coding and initiative to resolve queries from senior(s)

- Ability to write well designed and testable code

- Ability to mentor / guide the junior team members whenever required

- Willingness to work in flexible hours if required (No night shifts)

- Good logical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills

- Very strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with client, stake holder(s), team member(s)
