Role : Snowflake Engineer with PostgreSQL and ETL

Exp Level : 8 years

Interview Mode : 1st round + 2 virtual rounds

Work Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Mode of position : Fulltime & Permanent with Techstar.

Job Description :

- Snowflake data modeling and ETL using Azure Datafactory or SSIS, implementing complex stored procedures and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Snowflake.

- Provide recommendations and best practices for the Snowflake environment.

- Proficient in MS-SQL server RDBMS database administration, troubleshooting, security, and performance.

- Experience in PostgreSQL is also mandatory

- Communicate effectively with technical peers and executives in the US and India.

- Perform incident and problem management duties.

- Expertise in high-availability concepts such as clustering, database mirroring, log shipping, replication, and Always On.

- Plan for table space utilization and develop migration plans to ensure data integrity.

- Manage capacity by planning and recommending data archiving and file movement to improve storage.

- Strong technical knowledge of BI components, PowerShell scripting, and T-SQL scripting.
