Job Title : Palantir Solution Architect Strategic Advisory & CoE Leader

Location : Hyderabad, India (with flexibility to support US time zones)

Role Overview :

You will function as an Advisory SME, working with multiple business divisions, guiding platform usage, and building a Center of Excellence (CoE) in India and the US. The role demands deep technical acumen, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a people-first leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the Palantir Foundry SME and Strategic Advisor for all client tech divisions.

- Architect scalable, modular, and secure data pipelines using Foundry Pipeline Builder, PySpark, and TypeScript.

- Lead the design of ontologies, AIP logic, and Slate-based applications for diverse use cases.

- Build and lead a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad to support global delivery and talent development.

- Provide strategic direction on platform roadmap, use case implementation, and capability enablement.

- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent models and decision systems within Foundry workflows.

- Evangelize best practices across data governance, platform usage, performance optimization, and cross-team integration.

- Conduct workshops, knowledge sessions, and architecture reviews with global stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 12+ years of total experience in data engineering, architecture, or enterprise technology roles.

- 3+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry, including Pipeline Builder, Ontology, AIP, and Slate.

- Strong experience working with PySpark for distributed data processing and transformation.

- Hands-on proficiency in TypeScript for application development and scripting within Foundry or integrated tools.

- Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, and experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile frameworks.

- Proven ability to architect and implement data models, semantic layers, and reusable modular components.

- Understanding of enterprise data governance, privacy, and security principles.

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient data solutions.
