What Youll Do :

- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions using cutting-edge NLP, LLMs, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) on real-world domain-specific data.

- Architect and implement semantic search, document intelligence, text classification, summarization, and chatbot frameworks.

- Work with tools like LangChain, Haystack, Pinecone, or FAISS to enable RAG pipelines.

- Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and front-end teams to embed AI into web and mobile products.

- Train and deploy models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and transformers (Hugging Face) in a scalable manner.

- Apply MLOps best practices to streamline experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.

Your Skill Arsenal :

- Strong experience in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch & TensorFlow.

- Deep knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques: tokenization, embeddings, NER, text generation, sentiment analysis.

- Proficiency in working with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, Falcon, LLaMA, or similar).

- Practical hands-on with RAG architectures, vector databases, and knowledge graphs.

- Experience deploying models via REST APIs, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, DVC, Airflow, or Kubeflow.

- Familiar with prompt engineering and fine-tuning/customizing open-source LLMs.

Bonus Skills :

- Experience with streaming data or real-time inference pipelines.

- Knowledge of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainability frameworks.
