Experience : Strong experience with 5+ years relevant experience React Native mobile development and good to have experience/ knowledge in NodeJs development.

Job Responsibilities :

- Design and development of cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using React Native, ensuring they achieve "native-like" performance and smooth UIs.

- Design, implement, and maintain robust backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js to support mobile data requirements.

- Write custom native modules in Swift/Kotlin to bridge React Native with platform-specific features when standard libraries are insufficient.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in both the mobile app (memory leaks, slow renders) and the backend (database query optimization, API latency).

- Testing & CI/CD Leadership : Oversee automated testing (using Jest, Detox, or Mocha) and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Fastlane) for automated mobile builds and backend deployments.

- Manage the end-to-end deployment process, including app store certification and release cycles for both Apple App Store and Google Play.

Technical Requirements :

- Expert in React Native (CLI/Expo), TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or TanStack Query).

- Good to have experience or knowledge in Node.js (Express, NestJS) and proficiency in databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with native tools like Xcode and Android Studio, and familiarity with the New Architecture (TurboModules, Fabric renderer).

- Expertise in secure coding, authentication flows (OAuth2, JWT), and data protection.
