Techouts - Lead UI Developer - React.js/Javascript

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior JavaScript/React Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern JavaScript, ReactJS, and UI/UX-focused web application development. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications with a strong focus on intuitive and scalable UX/UI.

- Build, optimize, and maintain JavaScript and ReactJS features, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Architect and implement RESTful services and integrate with enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement.

- Apply modern engineering principles and practices to drive enterprise-level architecture decisions.

- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing deadlines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- 8+ years of JavaScript development experience.

- 5-7 years of ReactJS development experience with an emphasis on intuitive and responsive UI/UX.

- Exceptional knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and authentication flows.

- Expertise in building and consuming RESTful services.

- Strong experience with enterprise architecture principles and patterns.

- Deep understanding of web components and modern front-end ecosystems.

- Proficiency with CSS, SASS, and/or LESS.

- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Strong design and analytical skills.

- Experience working within Agile software development methodologies.

- Highly self-motivated, independent, and capable of managing tasks without supervision.
