About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Oversight & Availability Management :

- Proactively identify issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams or external vendors.

- Guide and manage operational teams to achieve high machine and system availability targets.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support :

- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive issues to closure.

- Resolve incidents quickly and efficiently under high-pressure situations.

Collaboration & Incident Management :

- Prioritize and manage multiple service requests simultaneously.

- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on issue status and resolution progress.

Team Management & Training :

- Share knowledge and establish best practices for troubleshooting and maintenance.

Additional Duties :

- Perform any additional duties assigned by management to support business continuity.

Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Experience with IoT devices or hardware troubleshooting is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to take ownership and see issues through to resolution.

Preferred :

- Experience in a technical operations or site support role.
