You will drive frontend architecture decisions, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver a seamless and high-performance user experience used by hundreds of companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the frontend development team by setting best practices, guiding code reviews, and driving the adoption of modern frontend technologies and frameworks.

- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and performant frontend architectures that support complex business needs and growth.

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code to build responsive web applications with excellent UX across browsers and devices.

- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA to deliver end-to-end features on schedule.

- Coach and mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Identify and implement performance enhancements to improve load times, responsiveness, and overall application efficiency.

- Enforce rigorous testing practices including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to maintain high code quality.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest frontend trends, tools, and technologies, evaluating and implementing them when beneficial to the team and product.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience5+ in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex, MobX).

- Strong knowledge of frontend build tools, bundlers (Webpack, Vite), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.

- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (a11y), and SEO best practices.

- Experience leading a development team, conducting code reviews, and mentoring.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Testing Library.

- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively across teams
