We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assocaite Project Manager to lead IT and Managed Services projects.
The ideal candidate will bring strong fundamentals in project management, hands-on experience with Managed Services delivery, and proven expertise in Agile methodologies.
This role demands ownership, accountability, and the ability to balance structured execution with proactive risk management in a client-facing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and Managed Services projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive SLA-driven service delivery with a focus on governance, compliance, and continuous service improvement (CSI).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Severity 1 & Severity 2 issues, coordinating swift resolution with minimal impact to business operations.
- Develop and maintain 24/7 coverage rosters to ensure uninterrupted service availability.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Effectively manage and refine the project backlog, collaborating with client stakeholders to prioritize work items aligned with business goals.
- Anticipate risks proactively, establish mitigation strategies, and address issues before they escalate.
- Maintain a consistent reporting cadence (weekly, monthly dashboards, progress updates) to clients and internal leadership.
- Document and track all activities with high attention to detail, including Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), decision logs, and follow-ups.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication at all times.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong foundation in Project Management concepts risk management, scope management, stakeholder management, change management, and decision logging.
- Proven experience delivering projects in a Managed Services environment, including SLA management and governance models.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies with hands-on delivery experience.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability, driving deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with excellent documentation skills and the ability to maintain a structured, transparent, and reliable source of truth.
- Strong proactive risk anticipation and mitigation capabilities.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and lead conversations.
- Flexibility to work in shift timings (8 : 30 PM 4 : 00 AM IST) for real-time collaboration with global clients.
