Be a core technology driver, responsible for architecting, coding, and deploying backend-centric solutions.

Directly collaborate with founders and business leaders to gather and refine product requirements, make technology decisions, and shape product backbones that balance performance, scalability, and usability. Youll lead backend development, guide DevOps practices, and can optionally work on Flutter-powered mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build robust backend systems, primarily using Java (Spring Boot/microservices) with some Python scripting where needed.

- Lead and execute on DevOps activities - CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments (AWS preferred), infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Contribute to mobile app delivery using Flutter (good to have), collaborating with frontend/mobile teams when required.

- Ensure best practices in security (auth/authz), observability, and production-readiness.

- Guide a development team through technical challenges, code reviews, and architectural discussions.

- Interact directly with customers and investors, translating tech speak to business value.

- Stay on top of trends in cloud, automation, and backend services to drive ongoing improvement.

Skills & Experience Required :

- 6 - 8 years building and scaling backend systems, especially in Java; Python scripting experience is a strong plus.

- Proven hands-on experience in DevOps - setting up, running, and optimizing CI/CD, cloud services (preferably AWS), and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and cloud security practices.

- Familiarity with Flutter or willingness to learn it for full-stack exposure (optional but beneficial).

- Experience in early-stage startups or digital product companies preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting, architecture, and automation chops.
