Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing multifaceted programs, from ideation to delivery, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver tangible value.

As a Program Manager, you will lead delivery across multiple products or platforms, manage diverse teams (including third-party vendors), and be accountable for the program's overall success, including governance, budget, and communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Program Planning : Create and maintain the end-to-end program plan for a product or platform, ensuring clear objectives and a roadmap for delivering business value.

- Team Leadership : Lead cross-functional and multi-geography teams, providing direction on solution architecture, dependency integration, and implementation strategy.

- Release Management : Manage and oversee the release process for products within the program, ensuring a smooth and controlled deployment lifecycle.

- Governance & Reporting : Establish a clear program governance structure, manage resources and costs, and provide regular communication and status reports to all stakeholders.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Technical Skills :

- Project Methodologies : Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies, particularly Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid models.

- Software Delivery : Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its application in complex, large-scale programs.

- Release Management : Proven expertise in managing and executing a successful Release Management process for multiple software products.

- Enterprise Systems : Familiarity with enterprise-level platforms and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Veeva) and their integration within a business ecosystem.

- Domain Knowledge : An understanding of technology and systems within the Corporate Finance and Procurement domain is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications :

- Experience : A total of 10-12 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in software delivery and program management.

- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors, in a global setting.

- Financial Acumen : Experience managing program resources, budgets, and costs.

- Communication : Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
