About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Technology Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. As a Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our technology projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic direction and hands-on development expertise in C# .NET, React, or Python.

- Design and implement enterprise-level architecture and solutions to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with US-based leadership and teams to ensure seamless stakeholder management and project delivery.

- Drive solutioning efforts, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.

- Promote design thinking and architectural best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements :

- Strong technical expertise in C# .NET, React, or Python.

- Experience in enterprise-level architecture and solution-based development.

- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and strategic planning.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with US-based teams.

Preferred Qualifications :
