Role overview :

The Tech Lead will spearhead MAVIP Groups technology function leading the design, development, and deployment of platforms, applications, and digital tools that power both internal operations and client-facing solutions.

This role demands a hands-on technologist with deep experience across traditional and modern tech stacks someone who can build scalable web and app infrastructures today while architecting AI, ML, and blockchain-powered platforms for tomorrow.

The ideal candidate combines strategic technical leadership with product-building capability, leading projects end-to-end from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of MAVIP Groups core technology ecosystem, including internal tools, client portals, and SaaS platforms.

- Architect and build digital products for MAVIP Groups proprietary ventures such as identity verification systems, AI-driven dashboards, and engagement platforms.

- Oversee tech infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across all systems and environments.

- Lead and mentor a growing team of developers, designers, and tech partners to ensure high-quality output and delivery timelines.

- Collaborate with business, creative, and research teams to translate GTM needs into technically executable, innovative solutions.

- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies AI, ML, Blockchain, Data Analytics, and Cloud-native architectures to strengthen MAVIP Groups innovation roadmap.

- Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets, and deployment schedules for tech-enabled client programs.

- Maintain documentation, coding standards, and version control best practices across all projects.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software development and technology leadership.

- Proven expertise in full-stack development using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Python, Django, or Laravel).

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML model integration, API design, and data-driven platforms.

- Exposure to blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or decentralized app (dApp) architectures preferred.

- Familiarity with mobile app development (iOS and Android) and cross-platform tools (Flutter, React Native).

- Strategic mindset with hands-on coding capability and comfort in fast-moving, multidisciplinary environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
