About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Technology Head to lead the overall IT and digital strategy for a multi-business cluster in India. The ideal candidate will drive transformation, ensure operational excellence, and align technology initiatives with business objectives. This role will be instrumental in shaping a secure, scalable, and innovation-driven technology environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute IT, information systems, and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals.

- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades and application modernization.

- Manage IT operations, service delivery, and end-user experience across the cluster.

- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, IT governance, and data protection policies.

- Oversee M&A technology integration, due diligence, and change management.

- Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and drive vendor performance.

- Build and lead high-performing IT teams, fostering accountability and innovation.

- Act as a key technology partner to business leadership, translating business needs into actionable tech initiatives.

- Experience in managing IT for multi-location or matrix organizations.

- Hands-on experience in M&A technology integration is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Professional certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, or ITIL are preferred.
