Role Overview :

This role focuses on executing and scaling the core technology backbone of Constems - AI. As a Technology Engineer - Platform & Systems, you will work on system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and platform reliability, contributing directly to the stability and scalability of production systems.

The role is hands-on and execution-focused, with exposure to large-scale systems and modern cloud platforms, while working closely with senior technology leadership on architecture and platform evolution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain core system architecture across products and services.

- Build and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and platform components.

- Support reliability, performance, and security improvements across systems.

- Collaborate with product, AI, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

- Assist in enforcing engineering standards, reviews, and best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering.

- Strong foundations in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.

- Hands-on experience with one or more major cloud platforms.

- Comfortable working on production systems with high availability requirements.

- Execution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
