What You'll Do :

As a Manager in our AI/GenAI Consulting team, you'll :

- Lead AI strategy engagements, from discovery workshops to enterprise-wide architecture design

- Define and deliver GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering

- Guide clients through AI maturity assessments, use-case prioritization, and roadmap creation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, responsible AI systems

- Mentor teams and contribute to thought leadership, POVs, and new offerings

What We're Looking For :

- 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or Cloud AI consulting

- Proven expertise in LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.), LangChain, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone)

- Strong grasp of AI/ML lifecycle, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience designing GenAI architectures, prompt engineering, and RAG workflows

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- MBA from a Tier-1 institute (preferred) + Bachelor's in Engineering or related field

- Certifications in AI/ML/Cloud AI are a plus
