Role Summary :

- As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver scalable, high-performance technology architectures for platforms, products, and client engagements. You will work closely with stakeholders, lead architectural decisions, mentor teams, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce architecture

- Design end-to-end scalable and maintainable architecture solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies

- Lead and manage teams to ensure successful delivery

- Participate in and drive key architectural and technical decisions

- Provide solutions to complex technical challenges across teams

- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and mentoring sessions

- Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks

- Ensure architecture aligns with performance, scalability, and security standards

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Solid understanding of web development principles & best practices

- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools

- Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable enterprise architectures

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components

- 15 years of full-time education required

- Willingness to work from Bengaluru office
