Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager with 8+ years of leadership experience overseeing complex, multi-project initiatives across enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate excels at aligning cross-functional teams, managing interrelated projects, and delivering integrated business outcomes that span systems, platforms, and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage programs composed of multiple related projects focused on systems integration and business transformation.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define program objectives, integration strategy, and long-term roadmap.

- Oversee project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution across workstreams.

- Monitor program-level budgets, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

- Facilitate communication across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business functions to ensure seamless system integration.

- Ensure compliance with integration standards, security protocols, and data governance throughout the program lifecycle.

- Present regular program status updates, including risks, milestones, KPIs, and strategic impacts, to senior leadership and executive sponsors.

- Drive continuous improvement by capturing program-level lessons learned and enhancing delivery frameworks for future initiatives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

- 8+ years of program or project management experience, with a focus on large-scale system integrations and enterprise-wide initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years in program management with focus on system integrations; strong understanding of APIs and cloud architectures

- Lead and manage multi-project programs; collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives; oversee project managers and ensure alignment with strategic goals

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple concurrent projects across distributed teams and geographies.

- Strong understanding of integration principles including APIs, ETL, data flows, and cloud-based architectures (e., AWS, Azure).

- Industry certifications such as PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are highly preferred.

- Proficiency in portfolio and program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.

- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with enterprise application integration (EAI), SaaS ecosystems, or IT transformation programs.

- Familiarity with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

- Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies at a program level.

- Comfortable engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders to influence direction and decision-making.
