Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Engineer Zoho Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of business applications using the Zoho suite. You will play a key role in architecting scalable solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and customization of Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books, Desk, etc.).

- Architect and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations using Deluge and REST APIs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize existing Zoho implementations for performance, scalability, and usability.

- Integrate Zoho with third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, payment gateways, analytics tools).

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and data governance.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation for all customizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho applications and Deluge scripting.

- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM customization, automation, and reporting.

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

- Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Creator.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho CRM Certified Developer).

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
