Job Description :

- Strong background in software development, with experience managing Scrum teams of 8+ members.

- 8+ years of combined experience in software engineering, systems engineering, Scrum Master, or technical product/program management.

- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Scrum environments.

- 5+ years of strong experience handling responsibilities of Delivery Lead

- Preferred experience in retail, ecommerce projects.

- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, web technologies (Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, JVM, etc.), and SOA/distributed application architectures.

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects with high availability, scalability, and performance demands.

- Energetic self-starter with a "go-getter" mentality, driven to achieve results
