Technocrat Horizons - Chief Technology Officer

We are looking for a person who has a passion for entrepreneurship and a proficient command in software development, with hands-on experience in software development, web applications development, and good exposure to mobile app development.

The ideal candidate wants to build something of their own and has 5-6 years of experience in web and mobile app development.

A strong leader with leadership qualities who can lead the team and drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

The role requires overseeing R&D initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and integrating cutting-edge technologies into our solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Development : Lead and manage product development teams in creating world-class solutions using AI and ML for Small and Medium Businesses.

- Innovation & R&D : Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

- Security & Compliance : Ensure that all products and platforms are secure and meet regulatory compliance requirements.

- Optimization : Optimize the performance of our solutions, ensuring they are efficient, fast, and user-friendly.

- Team Building & Mentorship : Build and mentor a high-performing technical team.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure our solutions meet their requirements.

- Represent the company in technical discussions with clients and partners.

- Global Competitiveness : Ensure that our products are competitive at the global level by adhering to international standards and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Experience : At least 5+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including experience as a CTO or similar.

- Proven track record in building and scaling tech teams and products in a startup or Small and Medium Business environment.

- Technical Expertise : Deep expertise in software development, architecture, and engineering.

- Strong understanding of AI, ML, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Industry Knowledge :

- Experience in developing Business applications, E-commerce solutions, or Digital Platforms.

- Understanding of Small and Medium Business needs and the ability to design solutions that address their challenges.

Leadership :

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse technical team to achieve ambitious goals.

Innovation & Problem-Solving :

- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous

improvement.

- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for technological advancement.

Communication :

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Proficiency in client-facing communication.

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Advanced technical certifications is a plus.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset : A passion for technology and innovation with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
