We are looking for a Techno-Functional Support Specialist with hands-on experience in LabVantage LIMS to provide ongoing support for a portal serving approximately 300 users across the UK and US. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of LabVantage, along with strong communication skills to interact directly with business users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide day-to-day support for the LabVantage portal including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and minor enhancements.

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.

- Analyze and resolve functional and configuration issues within LabVantage.

- Support data integrity, workflow configurations, and user management within the system.

- Document support activities, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues.

- Collaborate with the second support resource for full-stack issue resolution.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with LabVantage LIMS (Techno-functional role)

- Understanding of LIMS workflows, sample lifecycle, and data structures

- Ability to troubleshoot both functional and technical issues

- Experience in user support, ticket handling, and issue documentation

LabVantage LIMS Specialist :

Seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience in LabVantage version 8 or higher, including instrument integration, Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN), and various third-party interfaces.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

- In-depth understanding of LabVantage architecture, core modules, configuration, and administrative tools.

- Proficient in Java, JSP, SQL, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and maintain the LabVantage LIMS to support laboratory and business requirements.

- Design and implement LabVantage workflows, specifications, and instrument interfaces.

- Execute data migrations, develop test scripts, and participate in system validation activities in alignment with CSV and SDLC methodologies.

- Contribute to LIMS upgrades, validation testing, and ensure system compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards.
