Techno-Functional Consultant - SCM Module

Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules with both functional understanding and technical acumen. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance and support SCM processes across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Configure and provide end-to-end support for SCM modules :

1. Procurement

2. Inventory

3. Order Management

4. Planning

5. Logistics

- Design, implement, and test system enhancements and customizations to meet evolving business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, working in coordination with development and support teams.

- Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Create and maintain end-user documentation and provide training sessions.

- Participate in data migration, interface testing, and support go-live and post-go-live activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, Sales) to streamline and optimize supply chain workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an SCM Techno-Functional Consultant.

- In-depth knowledge of at least 23 SCM modules such as Procurement, Inventory, or Order Management.

- Hands-on experience with system configuration, process design, and issue resolution.

- Strong functional understanding of supply chain business processes.

- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, or similar) is preferred.
