- 8+ years of experience in SAP C4C (Sales/Service).

- Strong technical expertise in OData, SAP BTP, and Kyma runtime.

- Experience with integration scenarios between C4C and SAP ECC/S4HANA.

- Knowledge of ABSL, UI scripting, SDK (PDI) is an advantage.

- Strong communication and coordination skills across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support implementation, enhancements, and issue resolution in SAP C4C.

- Design and develop extensions and integrations using Kyma and OData.

- Configure and customize objects such as business roles, workflows, and UI components.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot and optimize C4C interfaces and data flows.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user support.
