Techno-Functional Consultant - Salesforce/Conga Q2C Processes

Description :

Techno-Functional Consultants with experience in Salesforce or Conga Q2C processes.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on Salesforce or Conga experience with the ability to quickly cross-skill on a new platform, enabling smooth client implementations and support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage prior Salesforce or Conga Q2C experience to understand client requirements and align them with the new product capabilities.

- Participate in product-specific training and rapidly acquire expertise in configuration, workflows, and integrations.

- Configure and validate Q2C processes on the new platform, including quoting, pricing, orders, invoicing, and billing flows.

- Support functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and ensure integration with Salesforce or Conga systems works as

intended.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and client teams to ensure successful implementations.

- Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for reuse across clients.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of total experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce or Conga Q2C processes.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or Conga Billing modules.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes quoting, pricing, discounts, orders, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

- Ability to quickly learn and apply configuration on a low-code/no-code platform.

- Familiarity with Salesforce or Conga integrations and troubleshooting related issues.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Salesforce Administrator or CPQ Specialist certification preferred.

Role Clarification :

- This is not a Business Analyst role the focus is hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and client enablement.

- Resources will leverage prior Q2C expertise and be cross-skilled on the new product, enabling them to support implementations efficiently.

- Primary goal : enable product adoption for clients by combining Q2C knowledge with product-specific skills.
