Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in OTM along with a sound understanding of transportation and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze logistics processes, and design effective OTM-based solutions.

- Configure, customize, and implement various OTM modules covering order management, planning, execution, visibility, and settlement.

- Conduct workshops, end-user training, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure effective use of OTM functionalities.

- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, design documents, test plans, and implementation guides.

- Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integration of OTM with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM-related issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes.

- Stay updated with OTM product developments and industry trends to suggest process improvements.

- Experience in On-premises to Cloud Migration and strong domain knowledge in logistics is highly desirable.

Required Skill Set :

- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Strong hands-on experience

- OTM Configuration & Customization Including order management, planning, execution, and settlement

- SQL / PL-SQL For writing queries, data mapping, and backend support

- Java / XSLT For OTM customizations and integration components

- Web Services (SOAP/REST) For system integration

- ERP Systems Integration Especially Oracle EBS / Fusion

- Cloud Technologies Experience in On-Premises to Cloud migration

- Reporting Tools Oracle BI Publisher or similar

- Ticketing & Project Tools JIRA, ServiceNow (optional but preferred)
