We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labour (OTL).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build Fast formulas.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.

- Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.

- Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.
