Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle GTM Module

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional and technical skills in Oracle GTM, along with working experience in OTM, transportation management, cloud migration, and the global trade domain. Leadership experience in end-to-end GTM implementations is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform feasibility analysis, design quick POCs, and recommend solutions on GTM.

- Conduct gap analysis, propose and design workarounds or custom solutions in collaboration with Oracle and client stakeholders.

- Configure Oracle GTM based on business requirements and document all configurations.

- Create and maintain functional and technical design documents, use cases, and test scripts.

- Drive and participate in testing, deployment, and solution rollout activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a smooth on-premise to cloud migration.

- Manage and support Oracle GTM Cloud quarterly releases and related activities.

- Ensure timely issue resolution and performance tuning of GTM/OTM applications.

- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support to end users and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven leadership in at least 3 GTM full-cycle implementation projects.

- Strong functional understanding of global trade and transportation management processes.

- Proficient in configuration, analysis, documentation, testing, and deployment.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud GTM and on-premise to cloud migration.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

- Oracle GTM certification (preferred).

- Strong understanding of trade compliance, customs management, and product classification.
