Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to join our finance technology team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance, OIC integrations, and a functional understanding of key finance modules. This role demands a balance of technical acumen and business insight to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise financial applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide end-to-end support for Oracle Fusion Finance applications, including :

- Oracle Cloud Financials ERP, OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and ideally Oracle EPM

- Lead issue resolution and perform impact analysis during upgrades, releases, and rollouts

- Troubleshoot system problems and manage crisis escalations with agility

- Document processes, system configurations, and IT policies related to financial applications

- Collaborate with finance teams to gather data for analysis and present actionable insights
Functionally support AP, AR, and GL modules, including:

- Payment processing, batch handling, check printing, EDI, and more

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in administering or implementing Oracle Fusion Finance

- 3+ years of hands-on development and support of OIC integrations

- Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger

- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies

- Experience with Oracle EPM is a strong advantage

- Bachelors degree in IT, Accounting, or Finance preferred (but not mandatory)

- Resourceful problem solver with a proactive approach to solutioning

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and independently across cross-functional teams

- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
