Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle EPM & Cloud

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute Oracle EPM (Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation, Essbase, etc.) implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.

- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand financial and budgeting processes and translate them into functional and technical solutions using Oracle EPM products.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior EPM consultants and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective EPM solutions.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and quality standards while meeting deadlines.

- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Oracle EPM applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

- Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Data Management teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM applications with existing financial systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for end-users, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring the successful adoption of the Oracle EPM solutions.

- Manage change requests, resolve system issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance EPM solutions and processes.

- Stay current with Oracle EPM product enhancements, new features, and industry trends.

- Provide strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders based on these updates.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Oracle EPM, including hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Financial Consolidation, Essbase, and other Oracle EPM products.

- Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations and managing complex financial processes.

- Strong knowledge of EPM system architecture, data integration, and application configuration.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages for EPM applications is a plus.

- Deep understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and planning.

- Ability to map business processes to technical solutions in the Oracle EPM ecosystem.

- Experience in managing or supporting project plans, resources, and timelines within a consulting or implementation environment
