Job Title : Senior Functional Consultant - Oracle CX (CRM)

Location : Noida / Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad

Shift Timing : 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle CX (CRM), particularly in Oracle B2C Service Cloud. This role demands hands-on experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle CX implementations with a focus on Oracle B2C Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service, Oracle B2B Service Cloud, and Oracle Sales Cloud.

- Own the delivery lifecycle: from requirement gathering to solution design, testing, and deployment.

- Design and develop screens, components, and workflows tailored to client needs.

- Create high-quality documentation and presentations for stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients, ensuring satisfaction and solution effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Oracle CX (CRM) with strong hands-on expertise.

- 4-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud solution implementations.

- Proven ability in solution architecture, especially in the insurance domain (preferred).

- Exceptional problem-solving, customer handling, and communication skills.

- Strong documentation and presentation capabilities.
