Job Title : Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Job Description :

Actively participate in technical feasibility study, estimates, prepare technical specification document, Coding & Unit testing, coordination, and technical walk thru with Business Analysts, Testing Team and implementing the changes in the system

Impact on the Business / Function

- Responsible for Analysis, Coding & Unit Test Plan and Unit Testing as per requirements outlined in Functional Specifications.

- Perform program construction / modification as per requirements and fix the defects identified during testing phase

- Able to identify system gaps and provide feasible technical solutions.

- Assist and participate in deployment of system changes to various regions.

- Guide other IT application teams due to changes in the Core applications.

Experience Range : 4 - 6 years

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech/B.E

Job Responsibilities :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly disseminate information.

- Applying Analytical & Coding skills for designing system changes

- Produce Technical documentation covering module level specs, work product reviews, Process improvements and unit test scenarios.

- Knowledge of DB2 & SQL query.

- Hands on experience with Windows/Unix/AIX OS platforms

- Knowledge of INGENIUM Architecture

- Knowledge of Life Insurance Domain
