- Contribute significantly to enhancing our product and overall customer experience.

- 3-5 years of experience writing API and DevOps-related documentation.

- Strong aptitude for translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language for diverse audiences.

- Creating, developing, planning, writing, and editing operational, instructional, maintenance, or test procedures for various types of publications such as paper, multimedia, or web-based.

- Combining product technical skills (such as repair, maintenance, manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, etc.) with technical documentation skills (like content generation, writing, editing, formatting) to produce high-quality procedures and documents for both internal and external customers.

- Staying informed about documentation best practices, formats, and templates.

- Learning new software, tools, and techniques for high-quality documentation that align with company standards.

- Ensuring the content of procedures/documents is translated to a level and language appropriate for the target audience.

MUST Have :

- Proficiency in core web technologies such as HTML, JSON, and YAML.

- Demonstrated experience with version control systems like GitLab, GitHub, or BitBucket.

- Familiarity with the concepts of containerized systems, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

- Experience with Document360.

- Proficiency in documentation tools such as XML editors, Arbor Text, Adobe FrameMaker, and MS Office.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering.
