About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai or Pune.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience documenting software products, APIs, and developer-focused tools in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand technical concepts including software products, development, testing, regression testing, and Agile methodologies (sprints/iterations).

- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for developer-focused products and tools.

- Work with tools like Atlassian Confluence, Document360, Markdown, MadCap Flare, Adobe Robohelp, Adobe FrameMaker, Oxygen, Arbortext, or similar documentation tools.

- Quickly learn new technologies and document them accurately.

- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to gather and verify technical content.

- Apply basic understanding of code and APIs to create effective technical documentation.

- Work with concepts like LLMs, AI/ML, or data platforms where applicable.

Requirements :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical writing/documentation.

- Hands-on experience with one or more documentation tools listed above.

- Basic understanding of coding concepts and APIs (preferred).

- Familiarity with developer-focused products.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
