About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer/Documentation expert with strong expertise in Data Documentation, Semantic Models, KPIs, and Frameworks. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working on large-scale data projects and Usage of ConfluenceThis role requires an individual who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including data dictionaries, user guides, system documentation, and process flows.

- Document data models, semantic layers, KPIs, metrics definitions, and business frameworks to ensure consistency and clarity across stakeholders.

- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to capture business and technical requirements accurately.

- Standardize documentation practices for large-scale data projects ensuring quality, accuracy, and reusability.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of professional experience in Technical Writing with a focus on data and analytics projects.

- Strong knowledge of data modelling concepts, semantic models, KPIs, and analytical frameworks.

- Experience in documenting large-scale data platforms, BI tools, and data-driven projects.

- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence and MS Visio,

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for different audiences.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
