Key Responsibilities :
- Create, maintain, and update clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, and support) to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Write and organize content that simplifies complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work with engineers to understand new features and products, ensuring that documentation is aligned with the latest platform capabilities.
- Develop and maintain style guides and documentation standards to ensure consistency and quality across all materials.
- Review and edit technical content created by other team members to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness.
- Continuously improve the documentation process by suggesting and implementing best practices.
- Participate in feedback cycles with customers and internal teams to understand their documentation needs and continuously enhance the user experience.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date with the latest product versions and features.
Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience writing technical documentation for cloud-based software/ APIs, and developer tools. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms, and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and clear manner.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce error-free, well-structured documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
- Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, GitHub, and Markdown.
- Experience with agile software development and working in cross-functional teams.
