About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer to design and deliver for newly hired Backend Developers, Senior Developers, Tech Leads, and Technical Managers. The trainer will be responsible for imparting hands-on knowledge in modern technologies, guiding participants through structured learning paths, and assessing their technical competency to ensure readiness for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :
Design & Deliver Training Programs :
- Azure Cloud, CI/CD, DevOps, security, and observability etc
Create Training Material :
- Develop presentations, coding exercises, quizzes, and capstone projects.
- Prepare evaluation rubrics for code quality, architecture, performance, and test coverage.
Mentor & Assess Trainees :
- Provide hands-on guidance during practical sessions and projects.
- Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, coding assessments, and project reviews.
- Share detailed progress reports with hiring managers.
Stay Current :
- Continuously update training content to reflect latest best practices and emerging technologies.
Collaborate :
- Work closely with Delivery Heads and Tech Leads to ensure training outcomes meet project needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :
Technical Expertise :
- experience in Cosmos DB, ReactJS, and Azure Cloud,.Net etc
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of security best practices, performance optimization, and system monitoring.
Training & Mentoring Skills :
- Proven experience in designing and delivering technical training programs.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners effectively.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Certifications :
- Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or equivalent.
Experience :
- Minimum 8+ years in software development with at least 5 years in a training role.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or instructional design, with a proven track record of designing impactful training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
