Technical Trainer - AI/ML Models

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer with 4 years of hands-on experience in training, evaluating, and improving AI/ML models.

The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to enhance model accuracy, relevance, fairness, and real-world performance through high-quality data labeling, prompt design, and model evaluation.

- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML and Generative AI models (LLMs, NLP, CV, or multimodal systems).

- Design and execute data annotation, labeling, and quality assurance workflows.

- Create, review, and optimize prompts, instructions, and training datasets.

- Analyze model outputs to identify errors, bias, hallucinations, and performance gaps.

- Provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy, safety, and alignment.

- Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists on training strategies.

- Develop training guidelines, rubrics, and best practices for AI evaluation

- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy policies.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts.

- Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI systems.

- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working with large datasets and annotation tools.

- Ability to identify subtle errors and edge cases in AI outputs.

- Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related field.

- Experience with prompt engineering and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).

- Familiarity with Python, SQL, or AI tooling platforms.

- Experience in AI safety, bias mitigation, or evaluation frameworks.

- Prior experience mentoring or leading training teams.
