Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers and technical resources to deliver high quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and technical resources.

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed by the team.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation effectively.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements, particularly in the Financial Services Cloud domain.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

- Participate in client meetings to present solutions and gather feedback.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.

- Experience in leading technical teams and managing projects.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce certifications, particularly in Financial Services Cloud.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

- Knowledge of integration techniques with third party systems.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools in Salesforce.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a leadership role.
