Technical Team Lead - MERN Stack

Responsibilities :

- Code Ownership : Take responsibility for the overall quality and maintainability of the codebase.

- PR Reviews & Feedback : Conduct pull request reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold coding standards.

- Systems Thinking : Architect new features, considering scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

- Team Support : Actively support team members in solving development challenges and unblock them when needed.

- Code Auditing : Audit the existing codebase, identify improvement areas, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.

- Technical Documentation : Ensure creation and maintenance of clear, comprehensive technical documentation for both existing and new features.

Requirements :

- Proficiency with AWS cloud services and architecture design.

- Proven track record of leading/managing a team of developers.

- Strong background in code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring code quality.

- Ability to architect systems and think holistically about platform design.

- Experience in delivering new features and product enhancements with a focus on quality.

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with video players, streaming technologies, and transcoding systems.
