Technical System Analyst

Profile Technical / System Analyst.

Mandatory Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute (i.e., IIT or equivalent).

About the Role :

As a Technical / System Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support large-scale operations.

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring smooth integration of digital platforms, data systems, and operational technologies across the organization.

Working Model : Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.

- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems supporting operations, ticketing, HR, and finance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Evaluate and integrate software tools, ERP systems, and data management platforms.

- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners for system deployment and maintenance.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with IT standards and regulations.

- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend optimization strategies.

- Support digital transformation initiatives and innovation projects.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 3-6 years of experience in system analysis, IT project management, or enterprise software implementation.

- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and database systems.

- Knowledge of Python, SQL, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience in sports, event management, or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.

- Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams.
