About The Job :

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be a key individual contributor with accountability for onboarding partners onto Clients API Programs.

We are an innovative team solving enterprise-scale problems and providing solutions to our API partners as they build integrations with Client APIs.

You will be responsible for end-to-end partner issue resolution through troubleshooting, analysis, and debugging, and communicating directly with external partners/customers.

You will also be responsible for assessing integration implementations for compliance with Clients certification rules, and for performing environment configuration within Client to unblock adoption of APIs leadership.

Essential Job Functions :

- Be a LI API ambassador & technical peer to Clients business development team and aid new partner integration launches.

- Own end-to-end resolution of partner inquiries and technical issues by performing analysis, troubleshooting API requests, and escalating where needed to ensure resolution

- Provision access and provide tech consultation to partners and education on Clients APIs

- Partner development support & certification

- Support monitoring & management of live API partners

- Provide feedback on existing developer processes & share voice of partners within Client R&D processes

- Excellent business communication skills & on-spot solutioning to de-escalate partner blockers

- Experience running escalations & prioritizations across multiple stakeholders (Client, Eng, Product, Support, etc.)

- Ability to work independently and identify solutions to issues with incomplete information

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

7+ years of experience s an Integrations Engineer with significant experience in Boomi.
